The Office of Veteran Affairs has a partnership with the ODVA (Oklahoma Department of Veteran Affairs) and the DAV (Disabled American Veterans) to offer assistance with claims and benefits. Every first and third Tuesday the ODVA and every second and fourth Tuesday the DAV are available at the Cherokee Nation Veterans Center to assist veterans with their claims and benefits. The office hours are 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
At The Cherokee Nation Veteran Center, we assist with transportation as time allows. We ask for a two week notice before an appointment is made for transportation. Transportation from the Veteran Center is for medical appointments. For scheduling please contact the Office of Veteran Affairs at 918-772-4166.
